If you can narrow it down to one of these USB devices, then you can safely Uninstall one or both or however many USB devices it may be. a USB device is no longer there when you unplug your blue yeti, and then if something shows up again when you plug it back in. Plug and unplug your device this way multiple times and see if something changes i.e. With this drop down open, unplug your blue yeti from the USB port, and then go to the top of the window and click Action>Scan for Hardware Changes. Under the drop down "Universal Serial Bus Controllers", There are a number of unmarked USB devices here. Duplicate this process under the "Sound, video and game controllers" drop down as well. Unplug your blue yeti, restart your computer, then plug it back in and let it do it's thing. If it is there, right click it and uninstall the driver. At the top of the window go into the audio inputs and outputs drop down, and make sure that "Microphone (Yeti Stereo Microphone)" Shows up just as I've typed it. Otherwise I would right click the windows icon in the bottom right, open up device manager, and first off check to make sure it recognizes your device.

However I would do what JasePlays said and try a different USB port. I'm sorry to say I have not encountered this problem. I have had a Blue Yeti since Windows 7 and it's followed me all the way through Windows 8 to now, 10.
